奥で一番入れにくいからなのかと推測。早い者勝ちなので、私が駐車したときにはやはり２ヶ所とも埋まっていました。
 Only the 6th and 7th weekday daytime maximum charges are a little cheaper.
I guess it's because it's the most difficult to put in the back. It was first come, first served, so when I parked, both places were still filled.
