マンホールカードをもらいに行きました。
草加神社の隣です。

電話に出たのは男性の方で、朝から多くの問い合わせがきてると言っていた。
にも拘らず、親切且つ丁寧な対応で、愚問にも応えてくれた。
以前、福祉課に資格のことで問い合わせをした時も男性の方で、親切且つ丁寧に対応してくれた。加えて親身だった。
１０年ほど前に、税務課に問い合わせた時も、細かく丁寧に応対してくれた。
その方も男性だったと記憶している。
市の為に市民の為に、毎日毎日本当にありがとうございます。

解約したから払わなくていいって事ですかと電話で質問したら、解約したのでもう大丈夫ですよ！と言われたので、信用していたら忘れた頃に払って下さいと連絡。
さすが公務員、と言ったところですが、とにかく対応が悪い。草加という地域柄でもあるかも知れないですが、あり得ない。
絶対草加に住むなと言うのが、最高のアドバイス。
