先生は優しいのに、受付初っ端に気分が悪くなるのか如何なものかと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の口コミを見て、予約の電話をしたら、うちは先生が訪問もしてるので忙しい、、、とか、あなたは先生がみてあげられないと思うとか、、、他の病院を探してみてとか、、、受け付けが、治療内容を決めて患者を選ぶんですね!
Looking at other reviews and making a reservation call, I'm busy because my teacher is visiting...I think you can't see him...trying to find another hospital... ..., the receptionist decides the treatment content and selects the patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥歯が痛くて行ったのに別の所を勝手に治療して高い治療費用を取られたあげく痛い奥歯は大丈夫と言われ何もしてくれなかった。
受付の人も感じ悪く最悪。
My back teeth hurt, but I went to another place without care and got a high treatment cost. The painful back teeth were said to be fine and didn't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長の先生は気さくなお人柄で、質問や不安に思うことにもしっかりと答えて頂き非常に好感を持てました。
ただし一部の助手と受付の女が最悪。言動や表情、対応が高圧的で一瞬で不快になりました。
よって先生だけなら☆5ですがトータルでは☆1が妥当ですね。
The director's teacher has a friendly personality, and he was very impressed with his answers to questions and concerns.
However, some assistants and receptionist women are the worst. My behavior, facial expressions, and correspondence were so high that I felt uncomfortable in a moment.

先生は確かに丁寧に説明してくれるが、詰め物をするときに、
「こんなもんでいいんだよ」と歯科助手さんが新人さんに対して、
私の目の前でいってました。

ごめんなさい〜って言ってたけどその後にもう1回ぶっかけられました。あんま反省？してないっぽい感じで言われてちょっとなあって思いました。別室で自分の親と話してたんですけど、その話を盗み聞きしてじゃあ別の場所行けばいいのにって言われましたー気分悪いですね〜
本当に、態度悪すぎだと思います。
もう絶対行きません星1以下ですここ。最悪です。

結婚式の前撮りの前日、ようやく僅かにフリーな時間が作ることができそうだったため、歯のクリーニングをとネットで予約しました。
当日の仕事を終え夕方、交通の事情で10分程度遅れそうだったため事前に電話した所、あーじゃあほかの方の予約もあるので、とキャンセルさせられました。
翌日までに他の歯医者さんでしかもクリーニングなんて無理だし諦めて黒い歯で前撮りします。
