★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらのどらやきを頂いてとても美味しかったので、旅行の途中に立ち寄りました。
今回もどらやきとカステラの詰め合わせを自宅用に購入。
ガラスケースの中の和菓子に目をやると見たことも無い栗おはぎというものが…
気になって車の中で食べる用に購入。
そしてその美味しさに感動！
甘さ控えめのなめらかな舌触りの栗あんに、中のもち米も通常のものより柔らかめなのか、とにかく全ての素材が絶妙に
マッチした極上の一品でした。
多分季節限定品だと思われるので、これから行かれる方はぜひ、購入をオススメします。

When I look at the Japanese sweets in the glass case, I see a chestnut ohagi that I have never seen ...
I was curious and bought it for eating in the car.
And I was impressed by its deliciousness!
The sweetness of the chestnut paste is low and the texture is smooth, and the glutinous rice inside is softer than usual. Anyway, all the ingredients are exquisite.
It was a perfect match.
It's probably a seasonal item, so if you're going to go there, I highly recommend purchasing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夫が昔からお世話になっている和菓子さん。私も何度か食べていますが、ここの和菓子を召し上がると他のがしっくりこなくなるので良い意味で要注意です(笑)
ちなみに消費期限は当日ですが少し多めに買ったため、翌日に持ち越して食べましたが変わらず美味しくて驚きました。
日頃からお土産で和菓子を頂いても夫婦2人のため翌日に持ち越して頂いたりしますが、当日ほど美味しく食べれた事がなかったので(当日の賞味期限の食品なので仕方ないのですが)不本意ですが少し嬉しかったです。
おはぎや大福、上用饅頭などが特におすすめです(^^)上品な甘さで、食材の味ひとつひとつを感じられる丁寧なお仕事をされています。
ここの和菓子を食べてから他の和菓子を頂くと、んーなんか違うなぁ、、っていつもなるのが大変です(°▽°)

Even if I usually get Japanese sweets as a souvenir, I will carry it over to the next day because of two couples, but since I have never eaten as deliciously as the day (I can not help it because it is a food with the best-by date of the day) I'm really happy, but I was a little happy.
Ohagi, Daifuku, and steamed buns are especially recommended (^^) With their elegant sweetness, you can feel the taste of each ingredient.
If you eat the Japanese sweets here and then get other Japanese sweets, it's hard to always say that something is different (° ▽ °)

米粒がはっきり残る餅米、小豆の粒の主張、昔ながらの味わいで美味しい和菓子でした。
甘さは甘味料などがなく、癖のある風味や後味もしつこくならない味。現代的に賞味期限を延ばしたり、やわらかくしようとしたり、余計な手を加えることがなく、和菓子の昔ながらの良さを感じられる美味しい和菓子でした。
蕨餅や豆大福も気になるものです。
こちらはこし餡のようでした。
○おはぎ(黄粉おはぎ) 各200円(税込)

何度もお持たせで購入したり、お土産で頂いたりしています。
粒あんがたっぷり入った最中で
餡は甘さ控えめ。
美味しかったです！
愛犬も食べたそうに見ていました。

朝8:30から営業されているため、仕事前にお客様へのお持たせを買えるのでとても重宝しています。
孝和堂本店さんと言えば｢草餅｣ですが、おはぎも秀逸です！
秋は栗おはぎのほのかな甘さに癒されます。
今回は太閤もなかとうさぎのゆず餡上用饅頭を購入しました。
芸処お茶処の名古屋らしく、どれも丁寧で品の良い和菓子を作られるお店です。
