しかし世の中の洗車場は減る一方なので貴重である。

I can't hear the voice guidance of the car wash machine at all, but it's cheaper than other car wash shops, so it's oK, the water supply is free, and hot water comes out in winter.

洗車機(スペース)は2台、その他に車が4台ほど停められるスペースがあります。
ゆっくりのんびり洗車機とふき取りが出来るのでよく利用しますが、何故か誰も乗ってない車が停まってスペースを占領していることがあります。(駐車場替わりに利用？)
An unexpected little-known spot.
There are two car wash machines (spaces) and a space where about four cars can be parked.
I often use it because it can be wiped off with a car wash machine slowly, but for some reason a car with nobody on it may stop and occupy the space. (Use instead of parking lot?)
