★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ前、こちらで指輪を購入しましたが、その時の定員さんがとても丁寧な接客をしてくれました。ジュエリーの他にも知識が豊富な方で、イタリア旅行に行く予定だと話すといろいろ気をつけたほうがいいことなどを教えて下さいました。笑顔が印象的でまた機会があればその方に担当していただきたいです。

お客様への心遣いが全くありません。

百貨店のご対応ではありません。

買って１年少々でつなぎ目とわかる所で切れてしまいました。
大丸神戸店とティファニーの対応は最悪です。
お客様である購入者の使い方が悪いからだと責任転嫁をして、上から目線での横柄な対応です。お客様を大切にしません。お客様を傷つける横暴な対応です。
普通に気をつけて使ってましたけどね。
１年少々で破損する指輪を販売して高額なお直し代を請求する商法です。
記念日に買う指輪ではありません。購入しなければよかったと後悔しかありません。嫌な気分がずっと続いてます。
二度と買いません。
