★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、川口市の「やぶ昭」さんで、手打ち蕎麦を食べてきました。2017年12月1日から本格的に手打ち蕎麦の提供を始めたそうで、まだ3日目でしたが、北海道産の香りの良いそば粉を使用。モッチリとしたコシと、やぶ系なのに塩っぱ過ぎない蕎麦つゆの、バランスの良いセイロでした。
元々機械打ちで、出前等も積極的にされていた様ですが、先代が亡くなられた事をきっかけに、手打ち蕎麦も始めようと思ったそうです。

It seems that they started to offer hand-made buckwheat noodles on December 1, 2017, and it was the third day, but they used fragrant buckwheat flour from Hokkaido.
