★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 法人で古紙回収を頼んですが、70kg以上なら無料とのことでお願いしました。回収の時間が当日の30分前までわからないと前日に言われ、当日にどうしても運搬の人出の都合が合わずに断念。するとキャンセル料が発生すると突然言われました。事前に一切聞いていませしサイト上にも記載が無いのでもちろん拒否しましたが後味が悪いです。
 I asked for a waste paper collection at a corporation, but it was free for over 70kg. I was told the day before that I didn't know the time for the collection until 30 minutes before that day. Then I was suddenly told that there was a cancellation fee. I haven't heard anything in advance and there is no description on the site, so I refused of course, but the aftertaste is bad.
