★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一見マイペースな店員の方ですが、対応良いです。業務用のNASが故障してダメ元で持ち込んだところ見事に復旧していただきました。料金設定も良心的だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ データ復旧では１割くらいしか復旧しなかったのにまあまあの金額を請求された。別のところに頼んだら７、８割はデータ復旧できた。
店長らしき人はなんか態度が悪くこれ以上やっても無駄という言い回しだった。バイトらしき人はとにかく頼りなくてものすごく不安になった。
個人を相手にするようなお店ですね。法人のデータ復旧はここに頼まず別のしっかりした専門の会社に頼むことを強くお勧めします。
Although only about 10% of the data was recovered, I was charged a reasonable amount. If I asked another place, 70 to 80% could recover the data.
The person who seemed to be the store manager had a bad attitude and said that it was useless to do any more. The person who seems to be a part-time job became very anxious without relying on it anyway.
It's a shop that deals with individuals. We strongly recommend that you do not rely on this for corporate data recovery, but on another well-established professional company.
