★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネットトラブルの件で相談しました。年配のおばさんが出たので不安でしたが内容自体はすんなり理解してくれました。が、対応は全くしてくれないどころか、そちらからもう一度連絡してみたらどうですか？と。耳を疑いました。こちらから連絡して駄目だったからそちらにかけたのですが。と言いましたが、繰り返し、もう1度連絡してみたらどうですか？の一辺倒。まるで話になりません。全く使えないです。連絡するだけ無駄でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで勤務している人は、とにかく話が長い。何も親身にならず、一方的にしゃべられ責め立てられた。結局泣き寝入り。
責任を持って対応すると言ったのに、そのあとそういう意味で言ったのではないと前言撤回。言葉に責任を持たないとんでもない集団。
事業者を守るなんの力もない。
こちらも忙しいので、対応できないだとか、そういうことなのでよろしくお願いしますと一方的に電話を切られた。
