k	kiwibird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク修理で、親切に対応していただきました。イオン京橋店で購入し、あんしん保証をつけていたのですが、閉店後はだいぶ遠くなったこちらにくるしかなくなりました。あんしん保証をつけておけば、修理代金など半額で行っていただけます。他の修理の自転車待ちで、1時間程で仕上がりました。時間がかかる場合はイオンの中でお買い物をしておけば良いので待ちやすいです。年配の店員さんが親切に対応して下さり、修理箇所も見せていただいて説明してもらえました。初めて行く場所で、イオン鶴見緑地店をぐるっと一回りしてようやく見つけましたが、店舗向かって右奥の16番出入口の隣の角にあります。裏手なので分かりづらいかもしれません。 Thanks for the puncture repair. m	m&r&m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらで電動自転車を購入。後ろタイヤが何度もパンクし、溝も薄くなって来たので3度目のパンクを機にタイヤ交換してもらおうと訪れたら1時間半ぐらいかかると言われ、忙しいのかな？まぁいいかと思ってその間イオンで買い物して1時間15分ぐらいだった頃にもう大分出来てるかなと見に行ったら交換を頼んだ店員はブラブラ店内を歩いていて交換は出来たかと聞いたら今から付けますと慌てだしました。はぁ？今から？と思いましたがすぐ付け変えれる物なのかなとそのまま待っていたらその後45分ぐらい待たされました！慌てて付け替えた為に家に帰って確認してみたらネジは緩んでるしスタンドはスムーズに上がらないしで散々でした。後日意見しに訪れたが他の店員でしたが謝罪もなく、黙々と点検してました。ちなみにタイヤ交換した店員は毒蝮三太夫似のオッサンでした修理には2度と利用しません！ I bought an electric bicycle here before.
