川側の道は一方通行ですし一部歩道も無く 自転車や歩行者と錯綜する部分もあるので不慣れな方には使いにくい道です。
駐車場への出入りは容易です。

産業道路から下総中山側としては最高の駐車場かもしれない駐車場です。
