カンファレンスの対応とかがよくないのは公営施設だからかな。そこに目をつぶれば意外に快適
 The atmosphere is very good. There are not many restaurants in the building, and Starbucks is far away, but there is no problem because there is a shopping street nearby.
I think the reason why the conference is not good is because it is a public facility. If you close your eyes there, it's surprisingly comfortable
