スタッフの手が回っていない感じです。皆さんいい感じの方でしたが、そこだけ改善していただけると助かりますね。
 I had them buy outdoor equipment, but it took a long time to make an assessment.
It feels like the staff is out of hand. Everyone was nice, but I would be grateful if you could improve that much.

むしろ売却して欲しくなさそうな勢いの態度です。
行くだけで大変気分の悪くなる男性店員でした。

他にいくつか店舗に行って買い取っていただけてますが、
他の店舗と違い、何でも買い取るようなスタイルではないようです。
あまり買い取ってもらえませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東向島での買取お願いした時の店舗責任者の態度が人を見下す形で更には買取値段も一瞬見て適当に5円とか言い始め話にならないと思いこちらに相談して持ち込みしたところ丁寧な対応をして頂き更にはきちんと査定して頂き納得出来ました。
The attitude of the store manager when I asked for a purchase on Higashi-Mukojima looked down on people, and even when I saw the purchase price for a moment, I thought that it would not be a good idea to say 5 yen, so I consulted and brought it in politely. I was satisfied with the response and the proper assessment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回買い取ってもらいましたが、二回とも店員さんは態度が酷いです。買い取り価格は仕方ないのかもしれませんがタグ付きの未使用の子ども服も一着10円とかでした。。捨てるよりは環境にいいことをした、、と思うしかないです(^^;
でもとりあえずこちらではもう買い取ってもらいたくない、という感想です
I bought it twice, but the clerk has a terrible attitude both times. The purchase price may be unavoidable, but unused children's clothing with tags was also 10 yen per piece. .. I have no choice but to think that I did something better for the environment than throwing it away (^^;
But for the time being, I don't want you to buy it anymore.
