マッサージや接骨院で施術を受けてもまた元に戻ってしまうことを繰り返していたので解決策を探していたところ、こちらの治療院に行き着きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姿勢が悪いせいか、最近ずっと腰痛に悩まされていて、仕事にならないので仙台でおすすめの整体院を探してこちらを見つけました。
こちら結構人気のようですね。会社でも通っている人がいました。診てもらうとやはり姿勢の悪さや骨盤の歪みが原因のようでした。
1度の施術でもかなり痛みが軽減しました。痛みの原因を丁寧に説明してくれますし、先生はとても親切丁寧です。
これから定期的に通うつもりです。

私は接骨院に通うのは初めてでした。確かに最初に値段だけ見てしまうと高く感じるかもしれません。でも、数週間通い体が楽になっていくにつれ、決して高くはない！と感じるはずです。はじめのうちだけは短い間隔で通院が必要なことが多いようですが、そこを乗り越えれば次第に1か月に１度程度で予防までできるようになります。
体が元気になったので、当然ですが仕事や家事もはかどり余計なストレスのない日々を送れています。本当に感謝しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご飯を食べるときや口の開閉時に顎に痛みがあり、カキコキ音が鳴ったりなどの症状に加えて偏頭痛や、首から肩にかけての痛みに数年悩んでおりました。
病院では顎関節症、と診断されました。
何軒か整形外科や接骨院等行き、良くなったり悪くなったりで安定せず困っていたところ、こちらに通っている友人からの紹介でお世話になりました。
治療中は、痛みが無いかなどよく確認してくれますし、もし痛みがあればすぐ対応してくれます！
治療期間の途中、仕事の関係で1ヶ月くらい通院できない期間があり、そのせいか以前にも増して痛みを感じるようになってしまい、これ以上痛くなることが怖くて仕事終わりに時間を作って、しっかり通うようにしました。
そこから3ヶ月程経ち、今では痛みもなく安定しており、食べることが大好きな私にとって、何よりご飯が美味しく食べられるようになったことが本当に嬉しいです！！?✨
続けて治療を頑張った甲斐がありました。
先生は最初の問診に限らず、いつも私の話をよく聞いて下さり、リラックスできる時間でした?
先生方も受付の若いお姉さんも優しくて、
院内も季節ごとに飾られており、お手洗い前のリースは毎回受付のお姉さんが手作りしているみたいで、すっごくかわいかったです?
暖かさがあり通いやすい雰囲気でした?
また、特にキッズスペースなどはないですが、お願いすれば子供もみててもらえるようなので、子連れのお母さんでも安心して通えそうでした???
治療は終了しましたが、定期的に顔を出しに行きますね！本当にありがとうございました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マラソンが趣味なのですが、2017年の秋に右膝を痛めてるにも関わらず、痛み止めを飲んでマラソン大会に強行出場しました。その結果半月板を激しく痛めてしまい、1年半も休むことになりました。
痛めてから半年後に少しだけ走り出す事は出来ましたが、すぐに痛み出しストップ。その後も同じことの繰り返し…で全く走れず。
そんな2019年の2月に偶然「半月板損傷でもフルマラソン完走」というブログタイトルを見つけ、こちらの接骨院を半信半疑で訪問…
膝の半月板の方は触診の結果ほぼ回復済らしい。問題は、骨盤の歪みから来る身体全体の歪みとの事。
正直「え？なにそれ？」とは思いました。
が…
もう何かにすがりつきたい私は、先生に身体を預け、毎週処方を受けているうちに、嘘みたいにみるみる回復…。
3ヶ月後の仙台ハーフマラソンにも出場できて、無事に完走できるくらいまで回復しました！
今でも1年半通ってますが、今では膝の痛みはゼロ。当初はテーピングもして走ったりしてましたが、今はテーピングも不要で、ランのペースも10㌔の距離であれば、1㌔4:20程度で巡行できるほど回復しました☺️
ほんとこちらの先生方のおかげです！
今も月に2回ほどの身体の補整が効いているようで
身体のメンテの為に通っています。院長もとても気さくで話しやすいですし、受付の女性の方もいつもニコニコしていて、とっても優しく接して下さいます。今後もお世話になりたいと思います。

私も５０をとうに過ぎその必要性を感じて通ってます。
腰が曲がり膝を痛がる母も通って1月経たぬウチに腰の曲がりも少なく成り先ず歩くときに膝を押さえながら歩いて居たのが無くなりました。
お勧めです。
