両空港直通は便利ですが、駅からは少し離れたところにあり、わかりづらいかもしれません。
PIA側が空港からの到着、イオン側が空港への出発となります。

ATMの設置やコインロッカーや写真スタンドや飲食など駅によって違いがある。
ATMは改札の外で右手がみずほ銀行、左手が京葉銀行。
コインロッカーも改札の外で右手にある。
左手には宅配ボックスがあって家を留守にする人には便利。
上り下りのホームにはそれぞれエレベーターもありエアコン付ガラス窓の待合室があってとくに暑い日や寒い日には思わず利用したくなる。
