★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は営業所止めにして貰ったあとの引き取り時間が24時くらいまであった記憶だが最近は早くなりすぎている。
飲み物の自動販売機もいつの間にか有料になっていた。

ましてや、こちらも用事があるので困る
と言ったのに次の日の朝また来る。
こちらも仕事があるし
その為に再配達の日時や場所を指定できるように
なっているのでは？
とても不愉快です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早く荷物が欲しかったため事前に電話していくと 3人くらい同じようなお客さんが、並んでたので少し待つ感じかなと思ってたら次々とスタッフの方が現れて迅速に対応してくれて全然待つことなく引き取りできました。
素晴らしい営業所だと思います?
ただ、自転車でいったのですが敷地内で庸車のトラックに跳ねられそうになりました?

昔から佐川は荷物の取り扱いが乱暴なのは有名。倉庫内では荷物を放り投げるなんて日常茶飯事。
あと深夜の倉庫バイトの質が悪いのも有名で、紛失扱いで保険で弁済するの見越して、ゲーム機やゲームソフトなどをパクる奴もいるとか。
配達先の在宅確認もせず不在扱いで持ち帰ったり、住宅地の交差点に停車させたり、ヤマト運輸や日本郵便などの同業他社と比較しても、常識やモラルがなっていない。

日曜祝日は輸送がストップする事を始めて知りました。
受け答えや対応について自分は運が良いのか好印象です。
玄関ドアの横や下駄箱に配達物を置き配りしてと頼むと
日本郵便さんからは断られるけど佐川さんは置いて行ってくれるので助かります。
