★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テスターの、（1500円位でした。普段使ってるクナイプの3倍の値段）ハンドクリームを使ってみましたが。すっごいラベンダー臭、半端ない！つけ心地物凄くサラッとしてるし。今も買えば良かったわ〜思ってる。息子にニンテンドー、スイッチ買わなきゃならないからあ（泣）
 I tried using the tester's hand cream (it was about 1500 yen, which is 3 times the price of the Kneipp I usually use). Great lavender odor, no odds! It's very comfortable to wear. I should have bought it even now. I have to buy Nintendo and Switch for my son (crying)

香りが凄いので、苦手な人は近づかない方がいいかも（笑）
あと店内が狭いので、セールスされるなが苦手な人も。
I always buy it online, but I stop by when I want to check the scent.
The scent is amazing, so people who are not good at it should stay away (laughs)

お金持ってそうな見た目の人にはちゃんと接客、貧乏そうな人には関わらない笑笑
金持ってなかったら入りませんが？笑笑
接客業やっていますが、見た目で判断したことないですけどここの店員はそんな人多いです。
「お前にこの商品買えんの？」って言われてる気分になりたい方は行ってみても良いかもしれません。
The customer service level is the worst.
Serve customers properly for people who look like they have money, not for people who seem to be poor lol
If you don't have money, can't you enter? LOL
I'm in the hospitality business, but I haven't judged it by appearance, but there are many clerk here.
If you want to feel like "Can you buy this product?", You may want to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても賑やかで、お客様も多くご来店されていました。ショップスタッフの方々もとても親切で、一緒に商品選びをしてくれます。商品説明とかネットで調べるより楽。オンラインではなく、店舗へ訪問してみることで気づきやわかることも多々ありますので是非一度、お近くのショップへ足を運ばれることをお勧めします。安い商品ではないので失敗したくないしね!!

そもそもなぜロクシタンの店員さんに自分が高級だという勘違いが流行っていること自体が不思議です。北千住店き限らず、どこの店舗の殆どのスタッフからこのような印象を受けてきました。
ただ商品には罪がないので、愛用していますが、本当にお店に行くことが嫌になってきました。
ノルマ相当厳しいのか、社員教育が変なのか、たまたま通りかかって、いつも買っているものをズバリ指差して注文したにもかかわらず、延々と意味のわからない新商品を勧めてきます。
時間がないので断っても粘り強く、最後にもういいですというと、急に顔と口調が変わって、じゃレジにかわりますねとあっさり。恐怖です。
これからネット購入ですね。

I don't have much time, so I'm tenacious even if I refuse, and when I say that it's okay at the end, my face and tone suddenly change, so it's easy to change to a cash register. I'm afraid.

店内が狭かったので、ルームスプレーのみ購入。女性の店員さんの商品説明はわかりにくかったけど、男性店員さんがとても丁寧な対応でした。
