会計時にスマホのアプリの画面を提示すると面倒くさそうに処理をされました。アプリありますか？の聞き方も面倒くさそうに聞こえました。私はスマホを手に持っている状態でレジに向かいました。一緒にいた家族は会計の際、アプリがあるかなどの声がけがなく、かつ提示しにくい雰囲気で諦めたそうです。(家族も私も同じ店員さんが会計)
箱に入った商品を確認する際、商品を店員さんが箱から出し見せられますが、他の店舗の場合はヒビ割れ等無いか確認し、こちらで宜しいでしょうか？などの声がけがありましたがずっと無言なので私が大丈夫です。と言おうおすると、「見ましたか？」と投げやりな声がけ。とても感じが悪く、不快になりました。一緒に行っていた家族も会計の際感じが悪かったと話していました。日本は接客サービスが過剰等と言われていますが、わざわざ感じを悪くする必要が無いと思いました。その時店員さんの彼女は嫌なことがあったのか、その位威圧的かつ怖い接客態度でした。もう1方いらっしゃいましたが、そちらの方は普通でした。
いつも気軽に利用するお店なだけに、もても残念な気持ちになりました。
