室内は清潔感があり、キッズスペースもあります。
子供を連れての打ち合わせで、不安でしたが、社長の奥様がとても親切にしてくださり、キッズスペースで子供と一緒に遊んでもらいながら、打ち合わせをすすめることができました。
ただ、残念ながら、我が家の理想と現実とイメージが合わず、結果として契約に至りませんでした。
ご対応等を通して、信頼のできる会社さんであるとの印象でしたので、レビューとさせていただきます。

ホームページでは相談無料とありましたが、契約しないと9万円〜お金がかかると言われました。電話での対応もよくありませでした。

The website said that consultation was free, but I was told that it would cost 90,000 yen or more if I didn't make a contract. I didn't often respond by phone.

2020年5月に外構の見積り依頼をHPから問い合わせしたら後日電話がかかってきて店舗で打ち合わせをするとの事で日時を決めて店舗に来店し2時間ほど打ち合わせをしました。
打ち合わせ終了後、現地確認しに行くのでその時に電話しますね、と言われたが一度も連絡きません。(現在2021年1月)
こちらは家の図面等を持っていきそちらでコピーしました。個人情報等とっておきながら一度も連絡してこないっておかしいですよね。
店舗での打ち合わせの時の対応が悪かったので「ここでは依頼する事はないな」と思ったので見積りしてもらっていない事は別に良いですけど、図面等受け取って打ち合わせして現地確認する時に連絡しますと言って何も連絡してこないなんてあり得ないです。
こちらは別に見積り依頼していたところで契約して工事も終わりました。
ほんと、あの打ち合わせ等した時間がムダだし図面等のコピー渡した事が後悔です。
どこが信頼できる会社なのでしょうか。

I took a drawing of the house and copied it there. It's strange that you never contact us while keeping your personal information.
Since the response at the time of the meeting at the store was bad, I thought "I will not ask here", so it is good not to have an estimate, but I will contact you when I receive the drawings etc. and have a meeting and check the site It's impossible not to contact me saying I'll do it.
I made a contract for this when I was requesting a quote separately, and the construction was completed.
I really regret that the time for the meeting was wasted and I handed over a copy of the drawings.
