★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カードの買取の為に、初めて利用させて頂きました。
この際、店員の方々の接客や買取金額とかは、どうでも良いです。
如何せん、カードの扱いが雑過ぎます。
口コミにも書いてありましたが、プラ製の入れ物に落とすように入れてました。
買取が成立するまでは、大切に扱った方が良いと思います。
成立した後なら、どうしようが知りません。
在庫抱えすぎてるので...という理由で買取表よりも低い買取金額なのは理解出来ますが、在庫抱えてるカードの割に売り場には出てないんですね？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オリパを15回分(7500円分)買いましたが当たりは1回のみで、その当たりも800円のカードでした。ハズレはほとんどRでたまにVやGXが混ざってる感じです。還元率の｢か｣の字もないので絶対にやらない方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価があまりにも酷く、試しに行って見てオリパを引いたら当たりが出て沢山の金を注ぎ込みました。店側はさぞ嬉しくなって、
あたりを少なくしても金は入るԅ( ՞ټ՞ ԅ)ｸﾞﾍﾍﾍとなっていたことでしょう。
最近言って引いて見たらどうでしょう1万円分買っても当たりは700円。完全に客を舐めてますね。引かないことをお勧めします。

仮にも接客業です。
「身内には元気よく接する」or「身内以外には挨拶なし」
もう少し改善求めます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ポケカの大会で10分も遅れてきたような人を僕たちが良ければということで参加させてあげていました。柔軟な対応でいいと思います。
また、評価欄でデュエルスペースで金を取るなと言っている人がいますが、場所代がかかるのは当然です。タダで使えるのは駅か公園くらいです。土地代とか管理費がかかることを知らないのでしょうか。それで評価を下げる人の気が知れないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客やカードの取り扱いがトレカ専門店とは思えないほど雑です。県内でも少ないポケモンカードジム店舗なので利用していますが、そうでなければはっきり言って他店舗を利用するレベルです。
買取情報は店頭やTwitterに掲載しているとのことですが、実際行ってみるとそれよりも低い金額であることもザラです。
オリパは掲載の当たり枠は微傷品と思って購入した方がいいです。何度が当たり枠として掲載されているものが当たりましたが、ほとんどが目立っ白欠けのあるものでした。
大会もたまに参加しますが、店員さんの声が小さくて聞こえないです。マイクを使って欲しい。
