以前、医療事務スタッフの採用面接を受けました。
求人情報にはパート・アルバイトと明記されていましたが、受付の時点でやたらと形式ばった堅苦しい雰囲気。この時点で嫌な予感はしましたが、案の定最悪としか言いようのない面接になりました。
2（いずれも女性）対1という形式でしたが、両者とも「機械が無理矢理喋っている」ような不自然すぎる口調。
こちらは途中から吐き気をこらえるのに必死で、もう何をどう話したかはっきり思い出せないほどです。
ただ1つだけよく覚えていますが、家庭の事情で長めの離職期間があり、やむを得なかったと再三説明したにも関わらずなぜかしつこく突っ込まれ…
挙げ句の果てには「何か隠してるんじゃないの～？」とか何とか罵声が飛んでくる始末。そもそも日本語がまともに通じているかさえ疑わしいレベルでした。
結果はまさかの合格でもちろん丁重にお断りしましたが、精神的にもひどく苦痛を受けたため法的措置も検討している次第です。
要はそういう会社なので、医療事務の求人へ応募をお考えの方、少なくともニチイだけは「絶対に」「徹底的に」避けるようお勧めします。
