★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔は見沼区の別の場所で教えていた事があり数回通った。たしか英語に力を入れていて、留学とか英検の情報が豊富だったように覚えている。
この頃の大手の塾はアルバイトの学生さんにもスーツを着させて塾前に整列させて格好つけさせる、通う回数ごとにスタンプ押してポイントをためてご褒美を与える、とにかくほめるトークを盛り込んでくる…から、そういう事を期待してる方には不向き。
勉強は本来地道な作業だから、ほめてやらすなら飽きてしまう。バイト先生は時給制だからひとりひとりに責任がないから、先ず頼りにならない。
こちらの先生は気取らないので、普段着でした。自負があれば、格好つける必要はありません。

Studying is a steady process, so if you praise it, you will get tired of it. Since the part-time job is an hourly wage system, each person is not responsible, so it is unreliable.
This teacher was unpretentious, so I wore it everyday. If you're proud, you don't have to dress up.
