西	西高あーちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子の下宿探しで先日からお世話になってます。ここでの評価が低いのに気付いてびっくりしていますが、契約も進んでいて…今さら変える事も出来ない(笑) でも、今までの所、問題なく…というか、むしろ予想以上に気持ち良く進んでいます? 担当のKさんは、とても気さくで…質問もしやすく､物件の事もよく把握されています。部屋の内部の事から、生活面、ご近所さんの状況まで細かい事を『分かるかな?(そこまで知らないだろうな…)』と思いながら次々と聞いてみても、いつでもあっさり即答して頂けます。それに、こちらが気になっている事を察して、関係する情報もどんどん教えてくださるのでとても有りがたいです。余計な用事でもスッと動いてくださったり、サービス精神のある親切な方で良かったな～と嬉しく思っているので、不満もありません。メールや電話連絡も丁寧に頻繁に入れて頂けるし、説明もしっかりされていて…不安を感じる事は全くありません。 (星、五つでもいいのかも…と思うところですが、まだ先がどうなるか分からないので。) ４年後の退去時には、五つ星でまた投稿したいな…と思います? w	wkaj 539 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんでこんなにも評価が悪いんだろうと不思議に思ってましたが、この通りでした。まず、報告連絡相談ができません。内見の予約いれたのに、日にちだけ決めて後は連絡なし。二件見に行く予定でしたが、当日まで連絡なく、待ち合わせ場所で待ってても来ず。こちらから店舗に電話したら折り返します〜言われて連絡なし。夫の方に連絡きたんですけど、AとB見に行くとして、Aでわたしたちが待ってたとしたらBで待ってます〜と連絡。は？？？？ってなりました。挙句の果てにAは見れません、連絡とってないので〜。は？？？？？？ってなりすぎてキャンセルしました。納得のレビューです。ヘラヘラ「申し訳ないです〜」言われて許せるわけないでしょう。時間を作って家見に行こうって楽しみで家族総出で出かけたのに、無駄に待たされただけでした。 I was wondering why the evaluation was so bad, but it was exactly like this.
