マルジェラtabiの裏貼りが出来る店を探してる際に、こちら店舗のブログを見つけて訪問しました。
前述のマルジェラ、コールハーンのリフト交換、エドワードグリーンの裏貼りとトゥースチールを注文しました。
出来上がりを確認し、
家に帰って再度チェックした際に、トゥースチールが取り付けられていなかったので、翌日に電話にて確認をとりました。
受付された方は覚えてないとの事でしたが、目の前でトゥースチールの材質も確認し、お願いしたのを記憶しています。
この件だけで言えば、★が５つになる訳がありません。
★５つになる理由は、その後のお店の対応が過剰なほどに丁寧だったからであり、気を使っていただけたからです。
電話をした週末には、店舗に持って行く予定でしたが、所用等で向かう日がなく、ひと月後の11月になりました。
ひと月も前なので、記憶されてないかもと思っておりましたが、店舗内で情報共有されており、メモを確認されていました。
その後は電話にて対応されて藤田さんが出てこられ、代金は不要と申して頂きましたが、こちらの確認も不足していたので、代金は支払いました。
また、こちらの都合で着払いにて配送をお願いしましたが、お店のサービスにて、合計六千円以上かで送料をサービスしているとの事で、前回支払い分も含めて元払いにしてくださいました。
大変感謝しております。
最後に、大事な事ですが、
仕上がりも満足です。
それと、いままでの経験によりますが、料金も安いです。
接客も含めて換算したら、超優良店舗です。
ステマと思われるかもしれませんが、わたしは満足していますので、再訪させて頂きます。

午前に電話で時間や料金を聞くと丁寧に答えて頂いたので、午後に来店。
新品より使ってソールが減っている方がかかる時間は短いそうです。
足袋ブーツの裏貼りをお願いしました。
1番滑りにくいVibramソールを2,200円ちょっとで貼って頂きました。
価格は安い裏貼りだと1600円ほどだそうです。
時間は1時間ほどで、近くの休憩コーナーで待ち、すぐに再び伺いました。
聞くところによれば1週間かかるお店もあるそうで、私もそれくらいの期間を見積もっていたのでこの時間は驚きです。
なかなかグリップ力が高く、貼って頂いて良かったです。
オマケでシューツリー代わりに、足袋型のプラスチック製品も渡してくれました。
店員さんが気さくで話しやすい方なのも良い点だと思います。
