★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで車検通したのですが、次から次へと不調が出ており大変困っています。整備保証の対象外と言われ泣き寝入りするしかありません。車検の金額をけちったことによってそれ以上の損失になりました。今後はディーラーにお世話になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私の車ZE2インサイト(2代目)のエアコンガスチャージを頼もうとしたところ、違う日に電話問い合わせ時には、可能だということで今日行ってみたら、ハイブリット車のガスチャージはできないとカウンター女性店員の謎回答、パラレルハイブリッドでエアコン自体はガソリン車と変わらないよ?と言っても今度は扱っているガスが違うと(嘘つけ)、ボンネット裏で確認して他と一緒で134aのガスだよ?と言ってもちんぷんかんぷん
こういう車種のガスチャージの経験がないから断ってるの?と聞いたら、「はい。」という答え
仕方なく私が20代に勤めてたジェームス盛岡南店で2缶会員割引で￥5940でやってもらいました。機材さえあれば真空引きのガスチャージくらい自分でもできるんだけど、多分やれるスタッフとできないやつとかばらつきがあって断ったんじゃないかな。失笑ものだよ。
技術的説明を要する接客の場合、レジ打ちの姉ちゃんまかせにしないで、作業スタッフが自ら出てこいよ。
簡単な作業以外は頼まない方がいいかもしれないね。
