The facility is super clean and wide enough for one car. I was cold, so I was happy that there was a vending machine in the parking lot and I could drink hot drinks. It's a little confusing, but if you take the elevator upstairs, you'll find a toilet. I like Shibuya because it's a biker-friendly city.
