★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大正時代に発行された、釜石名所『釜石港嬉石温泉ノ絶景』という絵葉書が今でもヤフオクで売られていることがあります。岩手缶詰の付近とあるので、ちょうどこの嬉石漁港の付近に温泉があったと思われます。
白濁の鉱水が湧出し、神経痛・皮膚病・胃腸病に効果があったとか。
もし今もここに温泉があれば、釣りをした後にガントリークレーンを眺めながら入る湯も乙なものかと。
A postcard called "Kamaishi Port Ureishi Onsen no Scenic View", which was published in the Taisho era and is famous for Kamaishi, may still be sold at Yahoo Auctions. Since it is near Iwate canned food, it seems that there was a hot spring near this Ureishi fishing port.
It seems that cloudy mineral water came out and was effective for neuralgia, skin diseases, and gastrointestinal diseases.
If there is still a hot spring here, I wonder if the hot water that I enter after looking at the gantry crane after fishing is a good one.
