先に問い合わせて言われた書類を持って行ったら足りないと言われ、結局は手続きできたのに謝りもせずこちらの不備のように扱われた。
待っている利用者がたくさんいるのに館内放送で「昼食を取って下さい」と放送する。必要ありますか？利用者は納税者でお客であり雇い主。どこから給料もらってるか考えて欲しい。
