I gave up because I was worried about maintenance during construction and after purchase. I can't feel sincerity in big shopping, so I failed!
西	西森花子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入しましたが、建築士の方にイメージを伝えましたが、こちらの話と違う物件が出来上がってしまった感があります。そこはかなり不満です。購入後のトラブルなどは、現場の責任者の方に電話するとすぐ駆けつけてくれて、助かります。大工さんも良い方でした。現場の方の方が色々意見など聞いたりしてくれたと思いますが、もとは設計が大切なので、もう少し、こちらの話を聞いた物件にして頂きたかった印象です。 We purchased, but conveyed image to architect, but there is a feeling that article which was different from this story was completed. That is quite dissatisfied. Troubles after purchase will come to you as soon as you call the person in charge at the site. The carpenter was also good. I think that the people on the site asked for various opinions, but since the design was originally important, I wanted to make the property a little more interesting.
メ	メグ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらが買主、この会社が売主として、不動産仲介業者さんをはさんで物件を購入しました。担当は男性営業でした。最終的な契約の商談でお会いしたのですが、大きな買い物にも関わらず、商談中に営業の方が不動産仲介業者さん（おそらく以前からの知り合い）に、飲みに行く誘いばかりしていて驚きました。普通に私と契約の話をしている合間に、私を無視して飲みに行く話をするんです笑本当にびっくりしました。私が客ではなく買主だからの対応でしょうか？何にせよプロとしての対応は勿論、普通の人としての対応もできない会社だと思います。 This is the buyer, this company is the seller, and I bought the property with a real estate agent in between. The person in charge was a male sales person. I met at the final contract negotiation, but despite the big shopping, I was surprised that the sales person was just inviting the real estate agent (probably a long-time acquaintance) to go drinking during the negotiation. I did. While I usually talk about contracts with me, I ignore me and talk about going out for a drink lol I was really surprised. Is it because I am the buyer, not the customer? In any case, I think that it is a company that can not handle as a professional as well as as an ordinary person.
