★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪不動産 接客の態度が凄く悪いです。最初は、契約してほしいからそれなりの接客をしますが、いざ入居して 困った事があってもまともな対応を取ってくれません。さっさと退去して良かったです。 店長(宮崎)の考えが親切丁寧なーんて、ｳｿｳｿ。 バカデカイ声で、店の奥から挨拶するけど、顔も見せない。態度悪すぎる。 本当に、ここの不動産で契約しないで下さい。

あらかじめ、どこに傷や汚れがあるかをシートに書き込んでから入居するので、退去時には自分が汚した部分ではないという証明ができるシステムです。
驚いたのが対応の速さで、洗面所の蛇口やトイレの水が溜まりにくくなったなど経年によるトラブルがいくつか出ましたが、毎回連絡後には迅速な対応をとっていただき、すぐにメーカーが修理に来てくれます。
今、エアコンが効かなくなってきたので連絡したら「経年によるものなので取り替えます」と言われました。
今までの人生で何度も賃貸に住んできましたが、ハウジングエイトさんの迅速さは初めてなので思わず書き込みしました。
料金も毎回こちらはかかりませんでした。
