リコールで車持って行ったけど 無愛想な受付のお姉さん ありがとうって言っても無視されたり 飲み物ガチャって置かれたり 無料修理の客だからなのか？すごく気分悪かった 二度と行きたくない店

事務の女性スタッフの方も、仕事終わりで帰ろうとしている所を嫌な顔もせずに、接客して下さり嬉しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は少し暗めで女性スタッフは割りと愛想はいいが、男性営業マン等はあまり元気がなく修理の説明は比較的分かりやすかったもののもうちよっと笑顔や元気良さが欲しかった。トヨタグループなので見習って宣伝みたいに寄りやすくて安心して任せられる店になって‼️
The inside of the shop was a little dark and the female staff was split and friendly but the male salesmen were not very energetic and the description of the repair was comparatively easy to understand, but I wanted a smile a little more well. Because it is the Toyota group, become a store that you can leave as an apprentice and easily trusted like publicity! A
