店の都合が良い日時を聞いても、『忙しいので分からない』と言いはなつ。
電話自体繋がらない時がある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 些細な用事で訪問したのですが、丁寧な応対で好印象。帰り際にお手洗いを借りたのですが、広くてキレイ。アメニティ（ハンドクリームやアベンヌウォーター）も揃っているとか、驚き。

当たり前ですがクルマを買うまでは親身に対応してくれます。
クルマを買った後は対応が悪くなります。車検や点検の予約を事前にしても引き渡し時間は遅くなるし、その事を悪いとも思っていない。引き渡しが遅くなるのが嫌で日程調整して早めにクルマを引き渡したにも関わらず予定通りに終わらない。こちらには早く持ってこいと言いながら作業は遅くて予定時間を守れない。それなら初めから急がせないで欲しい。スピード車検もあるようだけど、そういうの優先して一般車検おざなりにしているのでは？
ちなみに今回の車検では依頼した作業を行わず頼んでもいない作業をして、その作業費を請求された。
今のクルマを乗りつぶしたら２度とこの店からは買わない。

There seems to be a speed vehicle inspection, but isn't that kind of priority given to general vehicle inspections?
By the way, in this vehicle inspection, I did the work I requested and did not ask for it, and I was charged for the work cost.
If I crush my current car, I will never buy it from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なにもかも雑です。洗車を頼めば拭きあげが適当すぎて洗剤が残ってるし、車検の金額の説明もないまま会計用紙だけ渡されるし、内訳見ても説明がないと分からないです。仮の車検シール？貼る時にそこだけ拭いたんでしょうがふいたとこだけ跡が残って汚い。
ディーラーから見れば毎日同じ作業かもしれませんが、こちらは定期点検の時に行くだけなので雑さが目に余る。大切に乗ってる車なのに、預けたくなくなります。
もう少し大切に扱って欲しい。
人によっては凄く下に見て話をされます。こちらは車のプロじゃないんだから分からなくて当然なのに。

Temporary vehicle inspection sticker? I guess I wiped only that part when I put it on, but it's dirty with traces left only on the wiped part.
From the dealer's point of view, it may be the same work every day, but since this is only done at the time of regular inspections, the complexity is overwhelming. I don't want to leave my car even though it's a car I take good care of.
I want you to treat it a little more carefully.
Some people look down and talk. I'm not a car professional, so it's natural that I don't know.
