しかし営業時間が短いです。
今はコロナのせいで試飲？コーヒー豆買って袋に入れるなどの待ち時間に飲めた1杯が無く寂しい。
何度か行ってましたが、正直店主の接客は感じ悪く、もう行かないと思います。
It's delicious for the price.
However, business hours are short.
Is it tasting now because of Corona? I miss the cup I could drink while waiting for coffee beans to be bought and put in a bag.
I've been there several times, but honestly, the customer service of the shop owner is unpleasant and I don't think I'll go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒーをこよなく愛するオーナーさんの想いが詰まったお店と拝見しています。焙煎したてのコーヒーがフレッシュなパックに入っていて、味も最高です。ひばりヶ丘にこんなにグレードの高いお店があるなんて嬉しい限りです。オーナーさんは多分口下手だと思われます。お愛想や適当なことは言わない代わりに、コーヒー豆に愛を詰め込んでいると思います。最近お人柄もわかってきました。うわべだけではない、確かな焙煎技術と並々ならぬコーヒーへの熱い想いがある方です。
I see it as a shop filled with the feelings of the owner who loves coffee. Freshly roasted coffee comes in a fresh pack and tastes great. I'm glad that there is such a high-grade shop in Hibarigaoka. The owner is probably not good at speaking. Instead of saying amiability or appropriateness, I think I'm stuffing coffee beans with love. Recently, I have come to understand my personality. He is not only superficial, but also has a solid roasting technique and an extraordinary passion for coffee.
