★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張先で車が故障し、連休中だった為、部品もなかなか手配できずに他の日産では今日は無理だと断られたりしてダメだったのですが、こちらはなんとかしようと色々な所へ連絡してくれたり、安心して帰れるようにみんなで頑張ってくれました。本当に感謝しかないです。こんなお店が自分の地元にもあればいいなーと思いました。素敵なお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車両の充電の為に利用。頻繁に2台有る急速充電設備のうち一つを意図的に電源を落としている（予告、注意書き一切なし）為、電気自動車ユーザーで取り合いになる事がある。店員はその状態を素知らぬ顔で対応せず。ユーザー同士の善意で問題化していないが、車を買い換える事はあってもこの店では絶対にしないだろう。ろくな事にならないだろうから。
