There is also a training gym. However, I think that the usage fee is not cheap. The gym equipment is not maintained, there is no trainer, and the user's private language is too high. You can't exercise without wearing headphones with NC. Complaining to employees doesn't improve.

山	山下浩史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場事業所に近いので1/週打ちっぱなししてます。打席が区分けされた綺麗なレンジです。距離が短いのでラウンド前のアイアン打ちがベスト。毎回時間打ちっぱなしを30分か60分で利用しますが都内自宅付近よりも安価で打てます。 It's close to my workplace, so I'm leaving it for a week. It is a beautiful range where the turn at bats are divided. Since the distance is short, it is best to hit an iron before the round. I use it for 30 or 60 minutes every time, but it is cheaper than near my home in Tokyo.
