★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューを絞っていて足りないとは思うが、そこは我慢出来ます。ただ、てんないのラジオがうるさいのが難点ですね。日曜日で混んでいて人が足りないのか、デザートと飲み物がおそいね。従業員の応対は問題たりません。
I don't think it's enough to narrow down the menu, but I can put up with it. However, the drawback is that the radio is noisy. Desserts and drinks are slow, probably because it's crowded on Sundays and there aren't enough people. There is no problem with the reception of employees.

いろいろ具材の天麩羅が入ってとても美味しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏頃ここで働いてましたが、衛生環境は最悪です。残飯のついた手で寿司を握ったり、一度盛りつけた刺身を戻したり、皿の汚れを大して洗わずに手で取って終わりにしたり、よく利用していましたが2度と行きません。味は美味しいですけどね
I worked here in the summer, but the hygienic environment is the worst. I used to hold sushi with my hands with leftover food, put back the sashimi that was served once, and take it by hand without washing the dishes so much, but I used to use it again, but I never go there again. The taste is delicious though

特に長尾さんという若い男性スタッフの接客が素晴らしいです。
声も聞き取りやすく、優しい感じで立ち振る舞いも、すごく丁寧な対応です。
藍屋の料理事態は、そば、天ぷら、ネギトロ丼、を頂きましたがまぁまぁです。
本来なら味がまぁまぁなので星2つですが、長尾さんの接客が素晴らしいので4つです。
