★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰が伸びず、整形外科では手術しかないとの事でしたが、シエル様での整体により腰も伸びるようになり、動きも楽になりました。これからはスポーツも頑張ってやっていこうと考えています。このような体調の知人がいればシエル様に紹介もしたいと考えています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと膝の痛みを抱えながら運動をしてきました。一昨年の6月にアキレス断裂。リハビリをするも、なかなか年のせいなのか上手く治らず。
去年からじじょにバレーも復活するもあちこちに負担がかかり、娘の紹介で通うようになりました。
最初はガタガタだったらしく、アキレスの癒着の痛みも消え、腰と膝はまだやってもらっています。
これからも年齢に合った運動が痛みも軽減されながら楽しく出来ればとお世話になっています。
I've been exercising with pain in my knees. Achilles ruptured in June of last year. Although I rehabilitated, I couldn't recover because of my age.
From last year, even though the volleyball was revived, it was burdened here and there, and my daughter introduced me.
At first it seems rattling, the pain of Achilles's adhesion disappeared, and I still have my hips and knees done.
I am hoping that I can continue to enjoy my age-appropriate exercise while reducing pain.

何をしても治らなかったのにシエルで数回の施術で痛みを感じなくなりました。
痛みが振り返すことのないように自宅でできる体操を教えてもらい実行中です。
シエルの院長先生は人間の身体のことはもちろん、栄養学的な知識もあります。
身体の内面から健康にしてくれる知識もあります。
これからは先生に教えて頂き健康な身体作りをしたいとおもいます。

I'm currently working on the exercises I can do at home so I can't look back in pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肩こりと腰痛が長年の悩みでしたが、シエルに来て体験を受けてみたら、ボキボキ痛い施術ではなくソフトなのに終わったあとすごく軽くなっていて感動しました。
数回通ううちに今まで背負っていた岩がすっかりなくなった感覚になりました。
長年悩んでいたそり腰と巻き肩も改善して頂き、体全体が整っていくのを実感出来ました。
優しくて聞き上手な先生なのでいつも楽しく通わせて頂いています。

I had been suffering from stiff shoulders and back pain for many years, but when I came to Ciel and experienced it, I was impressed that it was not a painful treatment but a soft one and it became very light.
After a few trips, I felt like the rocks I had been carrying were completely gone.
I was able to feel that my entire body was getting better by improving my slender waist and curly shoulders, which I had been worried about for many years.
