店員さんがテーブルを回転してくれます。
そこから店員さんの誘導に従って車両用のエレベーターに一緒に乗って地下に降りて行きます。
地下に降りた出口にもタウンテーブルがあるので
そこまでバックで下がって
また回転させてもらいます。
そこから15メートル位直進したとこに本来の
機械式駐車場があります。
出庫する時は、その逆パターンで
そんな感じなので、かなり面倒です。
時間がない時は、かなりイライラしますね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄 丸ノ内線の新宿3丁目E4出口やISETANと地下2階で繋がっていたので便利でした。地上から車に乗ったままで地下2階に下がり立体駐車場に入れるのですが…思ったほど時間はかかりませんでした。(帰りも地上で受付して係の方と一緒に地下に降りて立体駐車場で車に乗って 車ごと地上までエレベーターで上がります。)EPARKの子育て割を使って1400円でした。ネットから事前に予約とクレジットカードでの支払いが出来たし、近くの託児所も利用出来たので、便利でした。
It was convenient because it was connected to the Shinjuku 3-chome Exit of Marunouchi Line and ISETAN on the underground Marunouchi Line in the second basement. I'm getting on the car from the ground and I'm going to go downstairs and put it in a multi-storey parking lot ... but it didn't take as long as I thought. (A return trip is also accepted on the ground and you go down to the basement with the person in charge and get on the car in the multistory parking lot and go up with the elevator to the ground with the car.) It was 1400 yen using the parenting rate of EPARK. It was convenient because I was able to make a reservation and pay by credit card beforehand from the Internet and I could use a nearby day care center.

営業は22時迄ですが、シャッターが閉まるので、21時40分迄には受付しないと朝まで出せません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書かれているとおり、最終的な駐車まで2段階あり通常の機械式より手間がかかります。一台ごとの対応となるため、前に並んでいると入庫、出庫ともかなり時間がかかります。出庫時に他の方を待っている時間も駐車時間にカウントされるとのことでした。とはいえ、周辺の相場よりは最大料金、時間当たり料金は安く、便利な場所ではあるため、新宿三丁目周辺の散策時は候補の一つにしてもよいとは思います。
As others have written, there are two stages to final parking, which is more time-consuming than the normal mechanical type. Since it will be handled individually, it will take a long time to enter and exit if they are lined up in front. The time waiting for another person when leaving the warehouse is also counted as parking time. However, since the maximum price and hourly rate are cheaper than the surrounding market and it is a convenient place, I think that it may be one of the candidates when taking a walk around Shinjuku Sanchome.
