キャンセルの品の畳み方も適当で非常に腹が立ちました。
本部に苦情を申し入れようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えはよかったが、レジの女性の態度が悪くて最終的に気分が悪くなった。言葉遣いが悪いとかではなく、言い方がひどい。喧嘩を売られてるのかと思った。接客の指導をした方がいいと思う。
The assortment was good, but the female at the cash register had a bad attitude and eventually felt sick. It's not that the wording is bad, but that it's terrible. I wondered if the fight was being sold. I think it's better to give guidance on customer service.

It has a men's and ladies section, which are divided into branded clothes (better condition, higher prices) and cheaper clothes (condition is more worn). The store's organization is easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye. The items are displayed nicely and not just jammed onto the racks. Pricing-wise, the prices are higher and sales are infrequent compared to some other used clothing stores. However, the atmosphere of the store is much nicer.
