買取で数回利用しました。 品数が多いと内訳を説明してくれないのでしょうか…こちらも確認を怠ったので自分も悪いのですが、愛想も悪ければ対応も決して宜しくなく大変不快な思いをしました。 金銭にも関わることです。私だけが不満に思ったのであれば我慢しますが、クチコミを見ていると私以外にも同じ感情を抱いた方がおられるようですので、忙しいとは思いますが一つ一つ説明することが望ましいと思います。 買い取っていただき有難い気持ちはありますが、中には思い出の品物もありますので利用する側の気持ちをもう少し理解していただきたいと思いました。 もう利用することはないと思いますが、今後利用されるお客様とお店のために厳しく評価させていただきますm(*_ _)m

オープン当初行ってから2回目でしたが、品揃えが悪くなってました。服がハイブランドばかりだったのにノンブランドしかないし...こちらより、鶴田店の方が狭いけど品揃えはいいです。 服以外の家電や雑貨はやけに多いなという印象でした。 向かいの飲食店と駐車場が同じなので混んでますが、車に関しては、セカスト1:飲食店9くらいの比率です。 レビューで嫌な予感はしていましたが、レビュー通りでした。 買取は、服売るのはお勧めしません。20円と言われた服は、他の買取業者にその日に持ち寄ったら200円になりました。 小物は、どこに持っていっても値段つかなかったものが10円で買い取ってもらったのでよかったです。

建物は古くないのでリサイクルショップ特有の薄汚さはあまり感じられないのは良い。エコ買い取り?引き取り?は中止している張り紙あり。雑貨も一緒に売れるのは良い。 持ち込み量も多くなく混んでいなかったので査定はあっという間に終わった。 1点だけ返却されたがよく基準ははわかりません。季節外でもなく状態も悪くなかったのですが。 重さで買取りする店よりマシかな。それでも1着10円程度。アウターは予想より高く500円だったので満足です。 査定額を提示した従業員は性格きつそうな感じでなんとなく上から目線なのは気になった。客層も悪そうなので仕方ないが、端末に個人情報を入力してる際に声かけもなくいきなり端末を操作されたのでびっくりした。ひと言くらい声かけないか普通。 あとはホムセンやスーパーに売ってそうなあきらかに未使用品とわかるパッケージされたフライパンが多数サイズごとに並んでいたけど、業者かどこかで仕入れているのだろうか?マスクや消毒液などの衛生品も未使用品とはいえなんとなく買いたいとは思わない。その辺は謎。

買取査定で利用しました。入店時、カウンター内に5〜6名いたが誰も挨拶もしなければこちらに来る様子もない。査定に30分かかるとのことだったので駐車場で待つと伝えると終わったら電話すると言われたので電話番号を記入。しかし待てど待てど電話は来ず50分ぐらいすぎたところで再度受付に行くと頼りなさそうな店員から査定が終わってる旨を伝えられる。もちろん謝罪なし。こちらもガラクタばっかり持ち込んで申し訳ないとは思いますしさっさと確認すればよかったですが客の時間奪ってるのわかってますか?電話連絡する話はどこ行ったんですか?あの店員の感じだと閉店まで来なくてもなんとも思わなそうでした。些細なことですがこういうところで店の印象って決まると思いますし客商売なら最低限のことはしていただきたいと思いました。たかが電話番号ですが個人情報も預けてるわけですし。二度と使いません。
