★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パーソナルトレーニングは受けたことがなかったので初めは不安でしたが、自分1人でするのとは刺激が違い、すごく的確にトレーニングしていただいております。
つけたかった胸の筋肉もついてきて、次々に自分の体の目標が見つかるので受けていて励みになっています。
 I was worried at first because I had never received personal training, but the stimulation is different from doing it by myself, and I am receiving training very accurately.
The chest muscles I wanted to build are also attached, and I am encouraged to receive it because I can find my body's goals one after another.

I go for postpartum exercise. I've never been to the gym and I'm a complete beginner in training, but I'm grateful to you for kindly teaching me every time. My physical strength has returned and my strength has increased since before childbirth, so I have the power to raise children here ❗️
