内田 新菜Total Producer
1981年1月23日O型、佐賀県生まれ。地元佐賀の高校を卒業したのち、東京・文化服装学院を卒業。その後販売員、バイヤー経験を経て、2007年11月、Ninamewを立ち上げる。TGCを始めTOKYORANWAYなどファッションショーなどに多数参加し、数多くの有名人を顧客に持つ。2008年8月に第一子出産、2016年3月でNinamewプロデューサー退任。のち、2016年4月よりフリーランス、トータルプロデューサーとして活動開始。同時にネット上にコンセプトショップ「LifeInNina」を立ち上げる。その後、nselection、HelloKitty × NinaUchidaなど数々のプロジェクトを成功へと導き、現在のマリオンクレープ新業態「27cafe by MARIONCREPES」をプロデュース。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリームは多めに入っているが生地がパサパサ。生地がイマイチなので中身との相性も微妙。クレープは安いもので350円から。600円台のメニューも多数ある。メニューは豊富にあり、店外ショーケースに展示されている。店内にイートインスペースあり、カウンター席3席＋テーブル席3組ぐらいで非常に少ない。店員は比較的男性従業員多めな感じ。

生クリームはとっても美味しかったです。生地にもちもち感やパリパリ感を求める方は苦手だと思います。不味いとは思いませんでしたが、少し時間が経って固くなった生地のような食感が気になりました。
接客面ですが愛想はあまりないです。また、支払い後はすぐに作業に入ってしまい、その場で待つのか席で待つのか一切案内がありませんでした。その点に困りましたが、席にいたら持ってきてくれました。
