★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元のパソコン復旧を掲げているお店を５店まわりました。どのお店も２～３日預かったあと、手をつくしましたが復旧の見込みがないので、お引き取りください...と言われてしまいました。そういった経緯で諦めかけていた大切な数値データでしたが、こちらにお願いしたところ、8割くらい復旧できるとの見積もりと返答が！ 実際にお願いしたところ、9割のデータを救出していただきました！
ただ、文句を言える立場ではありませんが、お値段が張るのでマイナス１☆とさせて頂きました。（他社より安いとは思います）
I visited 5 stores that are aiming to restore local computers. After taking care of all the shops for a couple of days, I tried to do it, but there is no prospect of recovery, so I was told to pick it up. It was important numerical data that I was giving up for that reason, but when I asked for it, I got an estimate and reply that about 80% could be recovered! When I actually asked, 90% of the data was rescued!
However, I am not in a position to complain, but since the price is high, I decided to set it as -1 ☆. (I think it is cheaper than other companies)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ７~８年使っていたLinkStation・LS-XH1.0TLが、突然認識できなくなりました。
自分でファームの更新をして復旧はできたのですが、もうそろそろ新品に買い換えしようと思った矢先に、赤ランプ点灯で起動しなくなりました。
何年もの思い出の写真やデータが見れなくなるかと思うと、非常にショックでした。
私はIT技術者ですの何とか自分でできないかと思ってトライしてみたのですが、エラーが出てすんなりできませんでした。
あれこれ試して、取り返しのつかない状況になるより、専門業者に頼もうと決めました。
そこで、ネットで調べて最初に目についたのがリプラスさん。
藁をもつかむ思いでお願いしたところ、スムーズに復旧して頂きました。
さすが専門業者ですね。普通の手順ではなく、直接DISKにアクセスして復旧するようです。
おかげで、大切なデータが復活できました。本当にありがとうございました。

復旧をしてくれる会社を探していたところ、受付が近くにある、こちらの会社さんを見つけました。発送後、復旧できそうである旨の連絡がきて、作業をお願いしたところ、データは復旧し、編集作業が再開できました。
復旧したデーターをレンタルのHDDに保存して発送していただきました。急で、いろいろと準備ができな中で、助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハードディスクが突然アクセス不能。その時、近隣にデータ復旧を行う会社があった。すぐに修理を依頼したが、見積の作成や復旧依頼後の作業の速さには驚いた。さらに、復旧データのリストまで作成していただけたことはありがたい。リストを確認したところ、ほぼ100％であった。復旧費用は「やはり、高いな」と感じたが、これで仕事が支障なく行えることを考慮すれば、妥当と考えられる。でも、二度とお世話にならないよう、データの管理には気を付けなければ。とつくづく感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平成11年頃に購入したNECのLAVE、中には子供達のその頃の写真がたくさん入っていました。
その後パソコンを買い換え、早いうちにLAVEのデータを取り出しておかないと思いつつ、年代もののPCのためUSBもSDカードも、そう簡単には使えません。(ただ差し込むだけでは使えないのです、この頃のPCは)
ただ、壊れても困るので、定期的に電源を入れ立ち上げていたのですが、平成20年頃でしょうか、うんともすんとも反応しなくなってしまいました。
そして10年が経ち、子供達も独立し、結婚し、そんな時、動かないLAVEのデータが貴重と感じ、時間を遡るタイムマシンのごとく、とても気になり始めました。
とはいえ、データ復旧サービスには費用がかかるので敬遠するしかないと諦めていたところに「特急データ復旧 ウィンゲット」さんのHPに目が留まりました。費用云々よりも、つくばの研究機関との実績があるという事実に、この会社は本物だと感じ、まずは話を伺いに訪問しました。懇切丁寧な話し合いの結果、費用も思ったより安価であり、即決でお願いすることとしました。
結果、さすが本物の技術者でした。見事にデータが形となって戻ってきました。もう二度撮ることの出来ないあの頃の娘達との再会、今は「ウィンゲット」さんに感謝の気持ちで一杯です。
