鉄	鉄血 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン(850円)ニンニク入をいただきました。薩摩っ子ラーメン系という記事がネット上で散見されており、イメージ予習の上でやってきました。豚骨スープに潜む麺がなかなかのボリューム。そこに大振りのチャーシューが3枚、ネギ、モヤシ、そして刻みニンニクが頂を飾ります。この手の九州ラーメンはニンニク入で本領発揮だと信じて止みません。何も考えずワシワシ食べましょう。取り立てて飾ったりしなくていいんです。もちろん丼を文字通りカラにしました。ニンニク万歳！ We had ramen (850 yen) with garlic. M	Masa Tusker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと気になっていたラーメン店。店構えは入りにくいが、入るとカウンターと座敷のすっきりとこぎれいな清潔なお店です。親父さんは元気と愛想がよく、ラーメン￥８５０を注文。運ばれてきたラーメンはまず独特の匂いが気になります。あまり食欲をかき立てられる匂いではありませんが、刻みニンニクを混ぜてしまうと匂いは気にならなくなり、あっさりしてますが濃厚な塩豚骨スープの味をしっかり感じることができました。この匂いで好き嫌いがはっきり分かれるところでしょうね。麺は縮れの中麺。チャーシューは厚めのが３枚。柔らかくて美味しかったです。このチャーシューはご飯のおかずにして食べてみたかったのですが、定食にすると結構なボリュームになるのであきらめました。基本的に縮れも中麺も好みではないのですが、総合的には十分以上美味しかったです。好みではないのに食べたくなる、ニクいラーメンですw 三度目行きましたが、時々無性に食べたくなるクセになるラーメンですね。 A ramen shop that I've always been interested in.
