T	Tak Ikeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入会時のルール説明が足りない。勧められてタオル会員に入りましたが、詳しい説明無し。利用時にたまたま長時間利用してタオルを２枚使ったところ、利用後に電話が入り『タオル２枚使いましたね？１人１日1枚までです』と…。入会時に頂いた約款には記載はみあたらず。説明を聞き漏れたのかも知れませんが、意図してルールを破った訳でもないのに犯人扱いのような失礼な電話がありました。防犯の観点から管理は必要なのだと思いますが、スタッフの接客のあり方には少し疑問。 24時間利用可能なメリットはありますが、スタッフが常駐していない分、普通にトレーニングをしているだけなのに利用時の自身の様子を後にカメラでずっとチェックされていると思うと個人的には気分的にあまり良い思いはしません。駅近くで便利の良い立地なことや、設備に関しては新しいし、気持ちよくトレーニングできる内容だと思います。掃除も行き届いていて衛生的な面で嫌な印象は一切ありません。健康増進の為に折角入会しましたし、ＯＰキャンペーンで退会までの縛りがある為すぐにやめることはないですが、目標達成したらすぐにでも退会しようと思います。 Rule explanation at the time of admission is not enough.
