トレーニングに詳しいオーナー様のお店で、
いつも気さくに話しかけて下さいます。
筋トレのメニューに困っている時などとても親切で相談にのってもらえます。
今までにいくつか他のジムに行って来ましたが
一番いいなと感じました！。
今では少しずつ目に見えて肉付きも良くなってきてモチベーションも維持できています。
ベンチやマシーンなど必要なものは一通り揃っており、自由に使える鏡貼りの広いスペースもあるのでとても気に入っています。
本気で頑張りたい人や健康的な体作りをしたい人などにオススメだと思います！
