S	Shunsuke Yamamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総評：使わないほうが良い。客に対しての誠実さに欠ける。ことの顛末：キャンピングカーを予約しました。ところが、予約完了の連絡が来ない（二日間もの間）。痺れを切らし、私のほうから連絡したところ「ハイシーズンということもあり、最低貸出時間を２４時間から３６時間に変更したい」とのこと。ちなみに、貴社のホームページにはそんなこと何処にも書いてない。それを指摘したら「あ、これから変更するところでした」とのこと。え、なに客商売なめてんの？予約して二日間経って連絡したらこれ？純粋に俺がキャンピングカー待ってた時間返せよ。こういうサービスって、客と会社の信頼関係によってなりたつビジネスですよね。はっきり言って、今回の件で①二日間も予約完了の連絡をしないこと②ホームページに載っていない決まり事を”自分から連絡しないと教えてもらえない”ことが重なり、信頼ゼロです。はっきり言ってこれから予約しようと考えて、このレビューを見ていただいている方々にも正直この会社のご利用はお勧めしません。 Customer Review: If you are thinking to rent a Camping Car in Japan. You must not use this rental service. This company lacks integrity. Story: I booked the camping car on the Website. However, my booking didn`t confirmed. I called the company to know what is being an issue (since this company stood me up for almost three days). THE THING IS they will not rent a car unless we alter the renting time from 24hrs to 36hrs which does not mentioned in the Website. When I rebutted that the information is not on the website. They said "We just made this arrangement". After all I have been waiting to rent a camping car got suddenly ruined and I have no choice but find another place to rent. This company has very serious trust issues, therefore I do not recommend this place to people who are planning to rent a camping car. General comment: It is better not to use.
