モ	モモンガール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ センチュリー２１は最低です。知人の近所が空き家になってるから聞いてみると言われお願いしたら、賃貸会社がこのセンチュリー21で、嫌な予感をしました。知人にも何度も3月末までに引っ越さなければならないと伝えてたし、センチュリー21の担当にも3度4度シッカリと『3月末までに入居をと』伝えて、契約書を私は(保護者欄に)渋々書いて大まかな説明をされてその日は帰り、後に知人｢紹介者｣に4月末まで入居出来ないと、後日知人に連絡があったとLINEで知らされました。内観したいと自宅の電話でしたら、不在なので戻り次第連絡するように伝えたら、担当から電話来て内観はまた出来ないと言われ、何故と尋ねると『まだ引っ越しが終わって無くて、鍵もまだ受け取って無いしリフォームもまだこれからだと』言われました。そんな物件を投稿するの？と呆れました。それに、何故契約者に連絡しなくて、知人の紹介者に連絡するのが腹が立つ。仲介手数料も5万は高いです。こんなに仲介手数料高いなら、もー、二度とこのセンチュリー21では部屋探しません。 Century 21 is the worst.
