町によくある仲介店舗だと高くついたり最低限のことすらしなかったりと利用者側に不利なことが多いのですが、こちらは管理会社さんとして契約時も生活時も大変良くご対応していただきました。
「仲介」と「管理」の違いがよくわかりました。
全ての賃貸関係会社がこうであれば良いのにと思います。
